Growing up together

There are several stories I could tell but I will stick to a couple. We grew up together in church and seems like every year when we drew names in Sunday School for Christmas, David would get my name. I remember this one Christmas, David had gotten my name and when he brought the gift he was embarrassed because one of the bubble lights on the tree at home had broken and the liquid was all over my gift. Another story was at school. When we were in high school we could go off campus and get lunch. I had walked to town with a friend to get lunch. On the way back to school we were behind David and some of his friends. I said something to him and he turned around and he was carrying a coke in a bottle and it had been shaken and he took off the top and it exploded all over me. I was so sticky from this mess and needless to say David thought it was hilarious. I am definitely going to miss seeing my friend, I did not see him often but when I did he always had a big smile.
